AWI Partners was established in January of 2006 by Leeland Allen and Susan Allen Worrel. The primary focus is investment in residential real estate opportunities. In May of 2006, AWI partnered with Creekview Properties, Inc to build urban multi-family developments. Creekview Properties’ Rob Leonard has been building residential construction for more than 10 years. The combination of Creekview’s construction experience and AWI’s ability to identify opportunity and access to capital has proven to be successful for both companies. To date, the venture has completed and sold Eastside on Ross, a 9 unit townhome property in East Dallas. A second property, Eastside on Lindell is also complete, with just a few units remaining to be sold.
