AWI Partners was established in January of 2006 by Leeland Allen and Susan Allen Worrel. The primary focus is investment in residential real estate opportunities. In May of 2006, AWI partnered with Creekview Properties, Inc to build urban multi-family developments. Creekview Properties’ Rob Leonard has been building residential construction for almost 10 years. The combination of Creekview’s construction experience and AWI’s ability to identify opportunity and access to capital has proven to be a successful venture for both companies. To date, the venture has completed and sold Eastside on Ross, and is in the process of completing construction on Eastside on Lindell. The partnership also has additional projects in the pipeline with construction to commence in the fourth quarter of 2009.
